Our story
MarketOS started as an internal tool. Our founders were running a digital marketing agency serving Malaysian SMEs and kept hitting the same wall — great platforms existed, but none of them truly understood Malaysia.
Meta Ads Manager doesn't know what 11.11 is. Hootsuite can't schedule a Shopee promotion. HubSpot CRM doesn't integrate with WhatsApp the way Malaysian buyers expect. And everything costs USD.
So we built our own stack — designed from the ground up around how Malaysian SMEs actually sell: on Shopee and Lazada, through WhatsApp, in the languages your customers actually speak, priced in Ringgit. After using it internally and feeling the difference in how fast we could move, we decided to open it up to other businesses.
MarketOS is now helping Malaysian SMEs across F&B, e-commerce, beauty, property, and professional services run their entire marketing from one dashboard. We're just getting started.
